How it Works
Revive Medspa will automatically debit your account for the reoccurring amount of $95.00 per month. The amount will be charged on the first business day of the month. The membership payment is non-refundable even if the services are not utilized, just like the gym. This is a monthly membership subscription which includes the benefits listed above with no substitutions.
The membership may be cancelled at anytime with no extra charge, but you must give a 30 day notice.
